1. Membership Overview

The Watercolor Way is a monthly subscription-based membership that provides access to live watercolor lessons, recorded replays, a growing content library, and a private community.

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

2. Billing & Payments

By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method you provide at checkout.

  • Billing occurs automatically each month

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

  • You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method

Failure to process payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of access.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new members.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase

  • Refunds apply only to the first billing period

  • After 14 days, all sales are final

You may not:

  • Reproduce lessons or materials

  • Provide access to non-members

All content remains the intellectual property of The Watercolor Way and its creators.

Member Content and Artwork

By posting, uploading, submitting, or sharing any content in connection with The Watercolor Way, including artwork, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, or messages (collectively, “Member Content”), you confirm that you own the rights to that Member Content or have permission to share it.

You grant The Watercolor Way a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your Member Content for The Watercolor Way’s educational, community, and promotional purposes, including on our website, email, social media, and advertising.

If your Member Content includes your name, likeness, or identifiable information, you consent to its use in connection with the Member Content as described above.

If you would like your Member Content excluded from promotional use, you may request an opt-out by contacting us at [email protected]. We will honor reasonable requests going forward. This opt-out does not apply to content already published or scheduled prior to the request.

You understand that Member Content shared within our private community may be visible to other members.

6. Community Guidelines

Participation in the community is expected to be respectful and encouraging.

We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access without refund if behavior is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the community.

7. Affiliate Links & Recommendations

From time to time, The Watercolor Way may share links to art supplies or materials recommended by Jenelle.

Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you choose to make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.

  • Recommendations are based on personal experience and preference
